Walking Through The Winter
Embark on a perilous journey in "Walking Through The Winter," a survival game where every step could be your last. Navigate a harsh, randomly generated winter landscape using only your cursor to click and move. Manage your Poison and Cold condition as you collect logs and herbs to build campfires and stave off the biting cold. But beware – hidden traps and deadly hazards lurk around every corner!!!!.
You can press "ESC" to change the audio setting (idk but everything is too loud for me)
Gameplay:
- Cursor Click Movement: Navigate the grid-based world by clicking where you want to go. Each click moves you one step in the direction of your cursor. 👌
- Poison and Cold Management: Survive by managing two critical status bars:
- Poison Meter: Increases when stepping on contaminated cells or being exposed to environmental toxins. Reach 100%, and it's game over.
- Cold Meter: Rises steadily as you brave the elements. Find shelter or build a fire to slow its deadly progress. Reach 100%? Well, you dead D:
- Gather resources to survive:
- Logs: Fuel your campfires to reduce the Cold Meter and provide temporary safety.
- Herbs: Craft antidotes to counteract poison and keep the Poison Meter in check.
- Campfire Survival: Build campfires by logs. It would reduce poison or cold (idk)
- Hidden Traps and Hazards: The frozen wilderness is unforgiving. Watch out for hidden pitfalls, spike traps, and poisonous zones. A single misstep could mean the difference between survival and defeat ~~~~~
